Lump in right side of neck
I have two small swollen nodes on left side detected 1yr back after I had tonsillitis.lymph nodes are still present.now recently before 1month I had cold and little pain in right tonsil .yesterday suddenly I found a lump in right side below the insertion of scm .but frankly speaking this lump is not like the other lymph nodes.it just feels like lump.i am very worried.please help.

Recurrent tonsillitis also known as chronic tonsillitis will lead to enlargement of lymph nodes in the neck upto the size of 1.5cms. During episode of acute tonsillitis they increase in size and become painful. You need not worry if you have so called jugulo digastric lymph node enlargement with tonsillitis which almost always normal
