Lump in my scrotum
I had swelling of left testis. There was swelling of epididymis that I found from ultrasound. And it's been a month still I can find a solid lump in my scrotum. I m having obetra-D and Banocide forte. I want to know how can I make sure that I don't have testicular cancer. The medical facilities in my town is not that much good.

The best investigation for swelling of left testes is ultra sound scan. I would like to see the report of same. If your scan is normal no need of worrying about cancer.
Do you have
1. Fever or chilliness
2. Pain in left testes
Also it's better to do a semen analysis also.
