Lumber Spondilysis
I am suffering from lumber spondylysis for the last 10 to 15 years...fade up all  kinds of treatments..It starts paining in L4-L5 ,S region. ..if I stand or sit for long time without support.....Is it curable.....

first we have to know the cause for pain,for that requires evaluation and investigations like MRI,consult orthopedic surgeon
