LSA is not a transmittable disease. It is curable but it takes time and it is a notorious condition to completely subside. It usually does not result in cancer however in very rare instances it has been reported and can be seen in around 3-4% of cases. The treatment will depend upon the area and extent of involvement. Please meet with a qualified dermatologist & maintain proper follow-up as the treatment goes on for a long time and a single online consultation will not be enough to treat the condition. Please be regular with your treatment. Hope this is helpful.
