Lower waist pain periods
I usually have pain in my lower waist on right side on first day of periods and also 2-3 days before periods. The whole right leg gets very weak. Please help.

Hello, cramping like pain in lower abdomen or dull acheing pain in abdomen or waist is common during periods but this doesn't cause any leg weakness, if there are no pain after periods then no need to worry, if the pain persists when you are not on periods please consult a surgeon or otherwise good diet and exercise like walking will help.
