Lower stomach pain
My stomach aches on lower side after jogging or running for 10 minutes and then becomes normal like before and I resume my jogging...I don't know the reason behind and how to cure it .

Hello, its normal for all , bodies energy requirement increases during exercise ,its oxygen and glucose requirement increases........ Muscle spasm occurs for begginers or for lean person.. .....As day roll on it will subside , just don't run with full stomach ,its not good ........
