I am having a little constant pain from yesterday evening,i can feel the pain whenever i am walking or snezzing

Hi right side lower pain abdomen can be due to either presence of uretric stone / appendicitis/ or any infection in colon - colitis. You need to go a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out the above mention problem.
Next Steps
Take light meal for next 4 5 days. avoid spicy food.
