Lower left leg does now heal

Question

Asked for Female, 51 Years

I have a wound in my lower left leg since 8 months and does not heal. about 5 months ago I had allergy to some antibiotics and it went better. In any case the leg is still very red now, swell but no fever. sometimes has some yellow liquid but not as it was before. 5 months ago the hospital they said its a superficial cellulitis. i am not diabetics but pre diabetics. I am overweight but not obese. In that leg I had a DVT but I did MRI and I have no DVT now. when i leave it open it dries.
