Lower hip pain dpo 15

Asked for Female, 29 Years

We r trying to get pregnant. Last cycle 29th day periods. This cycle today is my 30th day and dpo 15. I have some time lower abdo men pain. And sever sharp low hip(center of the bone) pain. Unable sit long time. Some times feeling vomiting. Heart rate is high 90 to 100 for last 2 weeks. And constipation . Feel like period but Milky white discharge . What could be reason. Am I pregnant? Pls help.
