From last 1 week,when i got up in the morning...my right lower foot is aching and pain disappear after some time..but during day it happen 2- 3 time a day.pls suggest me doctor and the reason behind this.

Hello Ankle pain and disappear due to increased of vaat massage with til oil on effected area and plaster it whole night Continue 7-15 days Further consult me
