Lower backpain
In MRI L4-5disc degenarated doctor advised laminactomy and disectomy is any problem with this surgery in future. Is any chance to cure without surgery 5 days back i got sevier pain back and legs also i canot able to sit after one day i am ok. I took complete bed rest now i am ok
My relatives advised dont go for surgery what. Shall i do

No cure without surgery. You can try pain relief..consult a pain clinic for injection.
