Lower back stiffness
This morning, I woke up with slight pain in my lower back. However, the pain started worsening to the point that I was not able to walk or bend at all. Sitting upright causes more pain than sitting with slightly bent from the lower back area. The pain subsides once in a while but has not gone completely. Please suggest if I need to visit a Physiotherapist or if there are any home remedies that will help. Thank you so much
