Anything related to food sleep activity imbalance can cause back pain.. Variation in pain itself suggests, it is purely based on your particular day routine before the back pain. Example, if today you are adding green peas or sprouts or pulses like hard proteins then definitely back pain will be experienced by tomorrow... like today night night sleep was late or disturbed then tomorrow will be the pain... check the routine and pain relationship.. this helps to find the cause in lifestyle and cure will be simply easy
