Lower back pain right side
I have back problem from past two months, a doctor diagnosed it acute lymbro sytica . Injured while lifting weight in gym and continued games after that, it became severe after that. Pain is at the start of buttocks on one side

avoid sleeping on floor....try to more conscious about ur posture .....avoid stupped posture......d'nt sit on any chairs below 2 feet
