Lower back pain due to slip disc
I have a pain in lower back which aggravates with sitting and turning on sides. Rarely the pain radiates till the thigh. I had L4-L5 S1 slip disc back in 2002 I fully recovered from that with help of pysiotherapy and no similar pain with lower intensity has come back after 15 years.
