Lower back pain after c section
Hi, It's been 9 months after my c section and i have twin babies.. I'm doing all the house chores my self since nobody there support due to this pandemic situation.. I have continues right lower back pain ( felt in one spot )from the last one month. Also have spoting for last two days but periods date is after one week, I was getting my periods regularly from past 4 months. Worried about my back pain, is it because I'm not taking enough rest or something else?
