Lower back / hip pain
My lower back has been aching the whole afternoon. It’s a usual discomfort that happens now and then so I didn’t think much of it. But it was getting worse, my body is so not use to this back pain and hip pain that the only way I can cope with it is my body is shaking or spazzing

Especially avoid bending, twisting and lifting at the same time. - Avoid situations where your spine is vibrated for long periods of time. - Get enough sleep each day.(Adults require 8 hours of sleep)
