Lower back/abdominal pain
Am of age 31/f not married, not under going any meditation..periods are regular.
But I am having severe lower back pain n mild abdominal pain with slight bleeding after 17 days or period for 2 to 3 days.Having very itchy anus too.
Its not happening on every month..It's once in a while

Dear Practo user,
This type of symptom usually occurs because of ovulation I.e. when the egg releases, the fluid which comes out causes pain in some women . If it is a regular affair and you didn't have it earlier, then ultrasound of lower abdomen should be done. Anal itching is not associated with the above mentioned symptom. If it is mild and infrequent, one can wait for sometime and consult General surgeon if it persists.
