For lower abdominal pain , try home remedies like applying heat or cold compresses, drinking ginger tea or ginger ale, taking antacids or acid reducers, eating smaller frequent meals, avoiding spicy or fatty foods, staying hydrated, practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation, and avoiding tight clothing that puts pressure on the stomach.
Do you have icterus ? Or yellowing of the white of eyes ? Do you have pale yellow poop in diarrhoea form ? Or vomiting ? Could be jaundice with such severe abdominal pain
