Lower abdomen pain
I'm having constant dull lower abdomen pain since 3 days now. It got really bad last night and I woke up from my sleep and took a Drotin M and could then go back to sleep. Day before yesterday, I faced discomfort during urination too. I kept feeling the urge to pee. I didn't have that sensation yesterday but I'm again feeling the need for frequent urination today. Even if I go to urinate this frequently, either very little or nothing comes out.

Do a urine routine and ultrasound kub...till then have enough liquids ..use potrate mb6 2teaspooms three times a day...
