Lower abdomen discomfort

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I woke up today and after sometime I decided to go to the bathroom and I released gas and there was a wet feeling and there was a white substance, from my anal, I vomited 2 days before at midnight for no apparent reason I am afraid it it's IBS or colon cancer!
