Little discomfort in lower abdomen
Feeling discomfort in my lower abdomen since 2 months. Gas, little cramping pain, and not getting full evacuation. I am Diabetic, having high BP, CAD and Hypothyroidism. Taking Glimprex MF 2, Telmikind AMH, Ecosprin AV and Thyroxine 100mcg. Now added Sporlac DS for stomach. But of no avail. Can you suggest some medicines for Stomach disorders ?

You need to be evaluated thoroughly . Pain can be either because of stomach infection most likely . Visit a nearby surgeon and get yourself physical examined to get best treatment.
