I am 18 + and my weight still 45 what should I do for gain weight?? Also my skeleton is not looks in growth is now growth is possible or if it is possible than how?

Hello,  I understand your concern regarding weight gain..  You have already reached 18,  so there is very little chance that your axial skeletal will grow to significant length further.  But it may grow till 20 years of age..  You need to take balanced diet and some extra protein food . Milk will be helpful as it contains everything except vitamin C..  And regular moderate exercise will also help to shape the body muscles and to add bulk to the muscles together with protein diet..
