Few days back I had stomach infection I took metrogyl 400 for 5 days from past three to four days I have low urine output how much ever I drink water the urine force is not proper and ilyesterday I did usg abodmen and pelvis it came normal I checked creating one week back it was normal I have bit dizziness

Usually the symptoms which you are having are unrelated to the intake of metrogyl. But there may be pre existing associated urinary problem. Get a uroflowmetry done.
