Low Sperm Motility. Or any other.

I had  married 3 years back. We are planning for baby since last two years. One year back we have went to Gynaecologist  for general checkup. Found that sperm count is 8M & Motility is 5%. They suggested Urologist. I have consulted...and found no issues with my urinals but he mentioned we can't increase Motility by tabs. So he directly suggested IUI/IVF. We have depressed. After few months my colleague suggested ayurvedic. we tried and count is 16M, Motility is 15%. Still Motility is not up to the mark. I'm afraid to visit doctors.last time they did many tests around 25K. I don't know how to take this. Is no medicine for increasing Motility in allopathy.  shall I visit Another Urologist or sexologist or any other. Please suggest how to proceed further.
