Low papp a, 19+ week pregnant
After anomaly scan at 19 week I am diagnosed with low papp a with marginally slowed down fetal growth and is on 12th centile. HC growth on 28th centile, AC growth on 22nd centile, FL growth on 10th centile. No structural abnormalities in babu, good amniotic fluid and NIPT test results show low trisomy risk. Uterine artery Doppler and cervical length is normal. Should I be worried? How can I increase papp a and fetal growth? Please help
