Hi my father going for under wisdom tooth operations. ..so dr.stop pradax 110 & ecosprin 150 for 3 days & after 2 days give inj of clexane40mg per day.how much it's adviceble at home...it's any risk.

Hello.... Generally blood anticoagulants are given to prevent risk of thrombolembolism during surgery .... It's given intravenous or subcutaneous route... Not intramuscular or oral... High dose can cause bleeding gums, internal bleeding... So it should be given under monitoring ..
