Low milk secretions
My baby is two months old but there is no sufficient milk for baby. Please help in how to increase milk supply and reason for low milk supply.

Increase your diet esp liquids water/Milk/Dal/Soups/Fruit juices Take adequate rest and sleep. Avoid taking Stress.
Next Steps
Take Lactonic granules 2 spoon twice a day in water/juice
