Low Libido Partial Erectile Dysfunction

I am a 34 years old male with very high LDL and triglycerides. I am suffering from low libido and partial erectile dysfunction. I consulted a renowned specialist in sexual medicine who suggested me to have SFILM strips an hour before intercourse. I continued with desirable results. I was asked for a review after 3 months but I couldn't manage. I have been continuing with this medicine for about a year. I would like to know whether such medicines have any side effects on prolonged use. Also let me know whether HIGH LDL and triglycerides inhibit erection.
