Low intensity sweet pain left (chest)
Respected sir, I(age-33)am having low intensity sweet pain in the left side of chest since one year. Using antacid sometimes and getting some relief. Now undergone ECG and Echo both are normal. Further undergone TMT test, which reports is as below. Exercise time-09:42 min Max HR attained-182 bpm Max B.P -160/90 mmHg Max workload attained-12.1 METs(good effort tolerance) TMT is moderately positive for inducible ischemia with good effort tolerance. Cholesterol is 244 LDL is 172 Hdl-42.
