Low immunity sometimes in the year

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Hi Doctor, I got an HIV 1 and 2 test , Elisa method after 13-14 months of possible exposure . In that while I didn’t indulge in anything risky. Just oral sex with condoms.My test was termed non reactive and said no need to follow up with Western blot if not termed positive. May I rest my fears?
