Low hemoglobin rate
Recently after recovering from covid,i have done cbc blood test,report shows 11.4 hemoglobin(normal 13),mcv 108 (normal 100)and mchc is also low.
Do i need to worry?is it indicates some other serious health problem?
Moreover i want to add that i have antral gastritis,and piles grade 2 problem since past 1year.
Kindly advise me what to do?
