Low hemoglobin
My hemoglobin has not been increasing from 2 years. Now it is 8.5. I had a surgery 2 years back and it has been in this range since then. Can I take an iron injection like orofer to improve the hemoglobin level? Please advise.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For haemoglobin to increase you need more than just iron. Iron, certain vitamins and proteins are required. So you can take a tab. Livogen-z once a day after food for a month. Have a high protein diet. Avoid tea/coffee. Have fruits. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
