Low HCG with heart beat

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello All, My wife is pregnant for 7W 3D. But her HCG level is low with 11900. However in Ultrasound scan, heartbeat and growth was normal with heatbeat being 133/min. Will this be problem? Does some medicines help? I'm very tensed here :(
