I am trying to lose weight since 1 year now. I joined gym but i used to feel very tired and deppressed as the results were not very prominent and i quit gyming. I hardly eat rice and is on a complete healthy diet -mostly millets, broken wheat, dal, sabji, fish. My hb count has been low since 3 years now, along with a rise in ESR value, owing to which i have been fatigued all the time and depressed and irritated. Also, i do take multi-
