Low grade fever
I have a recurring low grade fever accompanied with fatigue . I am also having mild flu symptoms for the same duration. This has been happening for last 10 days. Also, I have issues with digestion . I am constipated or in state of dysentery at times . The fatigue state is effecting me at work as well.

Since it has been some days I would suggest you run thru some bl and stool tests also...We need to sit and do a thorough case taking to ascertain which remedy to give. Looks like viral gastritis but as a Homoeopath I wouldn't like to name a disease as we stress on symptomatology more. Do not delay your visit

Hi Kindly get yourself examined for any foci of infection.. and also you should undergo blood test... Consult physician
