5thMay 2020:mom56yr started with fever 99.5F,RAT NEGATIVE ,TrueNat-ve Took Azithromycin for 5 days along with vitamins and ivermectin for 5 days 8th May:Weakness and mild headache,Urine routine test and Widal Test -Normal 9th May : Chest X ray -normal ,fever 101F 10th May:RAT and TrueNat again negative but fever reaches 100.3F for few hrs subsides with paracetamol ,starts doxycycline 100mg BD 11thMay: CRP:22.16 13th May : HRCT scan,corad 4 ,ct score- 2/25 14th May :CRP:12.8,ESR:10,KFT ,LFT-Normal,CBC - platelets 84000 15th May :RTPCR- negative ,low grade fever continues 100F specially in afternoon,starts cefroxime 500 mg 17th May: CRP: 5.32,widal positive Takes Feroeze for 3 days and stopped Since that day the low fever upto 99.2 comes on some days ,stays for few hrs and subsides on own untill 14th June when temp reached 100.3F for 3-4 hrs in afternoon and subsided on its own then on 15th again fever 100.3,subsided in 1-2 hrs. she has sickle cell disease,what do we need to do?
