Low BP readings in CAD patient
Patient with low blood pressure readings and chest pains. Pre diagnosed with 30% blockage in LAD. Frequently experiencing hypotension. Following blood pressure readings in the electronic bp machine - 100/58 103/67 I would appreciate any helpful response other than "consult doctor" as we will be consulting the doctor tomorrow. Thank you.

This is not low blood pressure, if any associated symptoms like giddiness, sweating, cold limbs, or headache with frequent BP, lead readings, less than hundred systolic or significantly low diastolic pressure shall be treated medically. 30% LAD blockage for symptoms will not require any other active management other than lifestyle management and anti-platelets and statins if needed. Keep adequate hydration with few fruit juices or lemon juices with pinch of salt to keep Da BP with the normal range.
