Low Blood pressure problem
I am vomiting since morning, fainting as soon as I stand because of which I cannottl to clinic. Severe Headache since yesterday.

Kindly go to the ER at the earliest, some of your symptoms are considered as danger signs so you should visit the ER so you can be evaluated thoroughly and undergo investigations such as CT/MRI to rule out the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
