Low Beta HCG 7 th week, no growth of Sac
(IVF process pregnancy) In 7th week my sister in law's beta HCG is 9000. 5 days old report was showing 8000.
In today's ultrasound, sac was not visible to doctor. As per her it is not growing.
Please suggest if we should wait more. Is it normal? Her thyroid level is low. We are so tensed please suggest. Hoping for the best for her.

This is not normal. If sac is not visible nd hcg is decreasing it means its miscarriage sadly
