Low back pain radiating
Vertebral scoliosis.Degeneration in Lumber zone.Done MRI Digital X-ray.Report-Los of normal Lordosis and scoliosis noted in Lumber spine.Spondylosis is noted.The majority of disc space are reduced. Pedicles are normal.S.I joint Show EARLY Sacro-iliitis.No BONY ABNORMALITY Noted in pelvis. MRI-Disc dessication,end plate changes,anterolateral marginal osteophytes are noted in D11 toL4 vertebral body*Bilateral traversing and exciting root compression with sever canal stenosis is noted inL4-L5.Disc bulge*annular tear and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is noted in D11toS1 level leading to anterior thecal space indentation and lateral recess minimal narrowing.The nerve compression is more on left side.Back pain radiating to both legs. Osteo&Neurological treatment going on medicines, physiotherapy going on .but pain comebacks 5-6Months interval.We are not interested in surgery.Please tell us what to do?

Regular Physio with back ext exs will help.. But need to take Physio on every month interval.. But I would suggest.. To go for surgery.. As there is a serious compression at nerve root.. Coz later if you have bowel and bladder dysfunction than it would be a deep green to surgery..
