Low back baltod,pain,boil

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have boil at low back. Just above the motion( butt). Now it started paining. I am unable sleep with my back. I have regular problem of constipation. Irregular bowl movement. I am living in hostel bhopal. I usually take 2-3 tea regularly. Sometimes 4 in a day. I also cough problem. Sometimes headache due to cough. 5 years before i was having boils at motion( butt) place. It became alright by surgery. I regularly mustrabate.
