Loud heartbeat
I recently tested covid positive. I suffered from fever cough and throat infection. Now i am having problem with my heart rate. It is increasing sometimes. Earlier it was once or twice in a week now it is happening daily. Today it reached 180 pm and it is high since last 12 hours. Righ now also it is 145pm. I am scared please suggest something. Whenever it is high i feel like no energy in my body and crave for fluids. Earlier i was using coconut water to get my energy back but now even that is not helping.

Right after some illness body is weak and in recovery mode. In those times fatigue and weakness is common. But increased heart rate should not be there. Get yourself checked for BP and ECG and let me know what reports come. Meanwhile hydrate yourself well, take lots of fluids. You will take 1 week to 10 days for recovery. Dont panic or be impatient. Let body heal itself
