Lots of white discharge and no periods
I had a normal deliver on 8th September 2017 it was my second child & the first one was also normal.. after delivering my child I got periods just for 3-4 days.. since then I did not had periods for 7 month then I wanted to insert copper t so my gynec gave me some tablet to get periods after taking that tablet I did get little bleeding then on the 9thday she inserted copper t and I got bleeding for 4-5 days.. now it's 1month over but I did not get my periods and having lots of white discharge

HELLO, Consult your gynac. Maintain hygine properly both of u. VEGINAL DOUCHE V wash LOCALLY n clean two three times daily. Undergarments must be very clean n put them in sulight.change two three times. It's one of the complication of copper t. Consult a gynac as u need internal examintion n accordingly veginal tablet or pessary. Ok.

Vaginitis SX – Trich - frothy D/C, dysuria. BV - fishy odor. Yeast - Pruritus, D/C, erythema. PE – GU.
Next Steps
DX – Vaginal pH. Saline Wet Mount. KOH Whiff test. U/A w/ Cx, GC/Chlamydia. Pap smear.
Health Tips
Tx: • Metronidazole for Gardnerella and Trichomonas. Fluconazole for Candida.
