I seem to have lost my sense of smell completely. I constantly got cold and I thought it was due to the AC in the car but about a couple of months ago, I realized that the cold didn't remain just cold but have gone to the extent where I lost the sense of smell.
I am a regular smoker and also drink about 4 pegs everyday.

Probably Sinonasal Polyposis. You will definitely need to stop SMOKING with immediate effect as the other different diagnosis is Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma! Meet a good ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon to assess your problem clinically. If you can come down to Bangalore, drop into my clinic Healthcare@Basaveshwaranagar and I can help you out.
