Loss of appetite and chills
Hi doctor greetings this is for my grandfather 75 yrs old and recently he lost his wife and because of this depression he had been drinking and recently he was feeling weak and he lost his appetite (unable to take solid foods) and we consulted general surgeon nearby and made following tests (attached copy) Liver function test, endoscopy,blood test and found he has 11.5 RBC and a pretty big wound in intestine and now he is taking Happi D, ulgel syrup now he is not facing any sort of pain but he is feeling weak and chill all the time and also unable to eat solid foods so please help me regarding the same..thanks in advance..

He has severe gerd, anemia I believe at current he may need blood transfusion to improve general condition at present, Continue medicine for ulcer Take healthy diet, at least avoid drink, smoking and spicy food
