Hi Apaaiah. Since you have had hairloss from only 1 month you can try using biotin supplements daily. Change in place and food can cause hairloss when your body is trying to adjust to a new place. You could use some oil on your scalp about 10 to 15 mins before a head bath to reduce dryness. Don't rub you hair vigorously when oiling it. You could use an anti hairloss shampoo like Anaphase. Leave it on your scalp for about 2 minutes and wash off. Try this for one month. If the hairloss has not reduced or your hair is thinning further, you will have go consult a dermatologist for a complete evaluation and diagnosis. You may need to be started on stronger hairloss lotions or sprays if your hair ia thinning too much. You may need to undergo tests like thyroid profile (T3, T4, TSH, Anti TPO), Haemoglobin, Blood counts, Peripheral smear. To see if you have some deficiency or thyroid disorder. Take a good healthy diet rich in proteins. Stress also causes hairloss so try to manage your daily stress by doing yoga or meditation or a workout. Take care. Warm regards. Dr. Rajdeep Mysore.
