Hi.. I am overweight. Please help. I am 86 KGS and height is 5 feet 6 inches. I delivered my son on 2nd April 2014 , at that period I was 90 KGS. But After that I had lost around 11 KGS. But now again I have gained weight.

With obesity recurrence over 2-3 yrs is common.. U need to work hard to lose wt n harder to maintain it..
