My son 11 months old going loose motions from yesterday night only two he went till now loose motions and the stool is green color can I use diof syrup for that or shall I wait some one more day and use it kindly suggest me thank you

Most of the times it will be viral diarrhea, antibiotics are not recommended. U need to give ORS, probiotics and zinc
