Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Mahacef-oz twice a day after food for 3 days.
Cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day half an hour food for 2 days.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
He will be able to help you further.
